Please not that Philip Lee cannot answer questions on health, pregnancy, financial or legal matters.


As currently stated by UK law I am obligated to say that all readings are for entertainment purposes only. You must be over 18 years of age to use the facilities of Philip Lee Intuitive Psychic.


Requests for email readings can be taken, please allow up to five working days for your email reading to arrive.


Respect works both ways and we expect you to treat all members of the Philip Lee Intuitive Psychic Team with the same respect that you would expect.
The Philip Lee Intuitive Psychic Team reserve the right to block, ban or delete any person or group that is actively campaigning for their own benefit within the Philip Lee page or is abusive or negative to any team member or follower of the page.

Philip Lee is not a qualified counsellor or medical professional. He does not hold any qualifications in law or finance and makes no claims that this is the case. Philip Lee may from time to time offer a personal opinion but this does not constitute a consultation, may it be legal, financial or any sort of professional counselling.

We have no control over nor do we guarantee any actions that you may decide to take as a result of using any of the sites and services and by using them you agree that You will not hold Us responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken by Customers in response to Services such as


a) Readings and interpretations and advices provided by Readers;
b) The truth or accuracy of Content, information and Services such as readings and interpretations and advice provided by Readers;
c) The truth or accuracy of feedback, Ratings, or other Content posted by Users or Philip Lee or his employees across all of the Websites;
d) The ability of Readers to provide Services such as readings and interpretations and advice as well as the ability of Customers to pay for the Service;
e) Minimum levels of Connections to Readers;
f) Incorrect use by You of the Service;

 

Competition Entry Rules

The prizes are for a 1-2-1 reading with Philip Lee, there is no cash alternative for this prize. 

Readings must be redeemed within the date and timeframe specified.

All readings are for entertainment purposes only as per UK guidelines.

There will be no alternative prize or replacement prize if you are unhappy with your reading or fail to attend.

We use your telephone number to send you the content that you have asked for. We use your name and DOB to verify that you are of the required age to use our services. The content that you send in to us is used by our readers to send you a response to your question.
We sometimes will send promotional messages to the telephone number that you have engaged with the services on. These promotional messages are free to receive and will be marked as “FREE” at the start of the message. You can opt out of these at any point by sending PLSTOP to 85522. You can email us to request that we delete the information we hold on you. Certain aspects of your data will be retained in our systems should it be required in the future to query any billing or fraudulent event. The information is stored for your protection and we will hold on to this data for as long as we need it for regulatory purposes. You can email us to receive a copy of the data that we hold. Your data will be shared with our SMS provider Isomob Ltd.

We will never sell or share your data with any other third party or customer.

By sending an SMS to our services, you agree to us sending you free promotional offers.

Opting Out of Services

We reserve the right to suspend services to you if we believe that your use of our services is excessive. In addition, we reserve the right to suspend services to you if your behaviour suggests or intends to unreasonably offend or abuse our readers.

Cost of service;
Our SMS service is charged at £1 per message, with a maximum of 3 messages per reply. 1 message = 160 characters. The maximum cost per question asked is £3 in total which is billed directly to your phone bill. You will be charged to text 85522 at your standard network rate, please check the cost of this with your network provider.
The service is available in the UK only, coverage in this area may vary according to mobile network provision.
You must be over the age of 18 and have the bill payers permission to use this service. All messages sent to the service and replies are recorded for your protection.

How much does it cost?

We always strive to provide you with the best value possible from our services, which

means that you may receive up to 3 message responses per question you ask us. A message is charged at £1 and is 160 characters. A standard 3 part reply to your question is charged at £1 x 3 parts = £3. You will also be charged a standard network rate fee for sending messages to the code 85522. This is a premium SMS service, so messages will not be included in your bundle. You should contact your network directly to identify your standard network fee.

Are there any questions that I cannot ask?

Yes, we cannot answer any questions on health, pregnancy, finance or legal matters.
